About the chef:

Chef Lulwa Sowaileh is a Bahraini chef committed to preserving the essence
of her heritage through food. With a wealth of experience gained from
training in culinary hotspots across Hong Kong, Spain, Jordan, Bahrain, Dubai,
Los Angeles, and Ireland, she has worked in some of the most prestigious
kitchens in the world, including Wolfgang Puck, Michelin-starred Aniar, and
Lignum.

Her cooking style is rooted in tradition, driven by modern techniques, with a
strong focus on eco-friendly practices. She is passionate about promoting
environmentally conscious cooking while keeping Bahraini cuisine vibrant and
authentic.
