Narratives connect us to the material world, instilling meaning and purpose into everyday objects. Often these narratives are informed by culture, and intimately link the user and the maker. How our objects are made, what they are made from, who made them and where, and values of the maker can all be held within stories which connect us to the material world.Explore the power of storytelling in this workshop, the importances of understanding the process and the connections that can be formed through narrative.
